Crossroads Essentials

  • Crossroads is a dream-sharing community where we support one another in achieving personal goals, overcoming obstacles, and finding connection. Through weekly gatherings, we share our dreams, brainstorm ideas, and create actionable plans together. The group is about building trust, fostering collaboration, and providing accountability to help make our dreams a reality.

  • You can choose to commit to either 3 months or 6 months. The 6-month option allows for deeper work, stronger connections, and more long-term progress, while the 3-month option is more intensive for those looking for shorter-term support.

  • We offer two pricing tiers depending on the length of your commitment:

    • 3-Month Program: $299

    • 6-Month Program: $599

The cost includes weekly meetings, access to resources, and ongoing support. Payment plans may be available to make it more accessible. In some cases, special pricing can be offered for those who may need it

  • Our meetings are structured around three main components:

    • Participants share their dreams, challenges, and progress.

    • We brainstorm as a group, offering insights, ideas, and feedback to support one another’s goals.

    • Each participant leaves with a clear action plan for the week ahead, helping them stay accountable and focused on their goals.

  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before joining. Crossroads is a space where you can explore your dreams, refine your goals, and gain clarity through collaboration with others. Whether you’re starting from scratch or fine-tuning a long-held dream, we’re here to help.

  • We understand that life can get busy, but consistency is key to making progress. If you need to miss a meeting, we ask that you inform the group in advance. You’ll still be able to catch up with the action plan and feedback provided during the session you miss.

  • While we encourage full commitment to see the most benefit, we understand that circumstances change. If you need to leave early, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Crossroads is designed to be an in-person experience for building deep connections. However, in special circumstances, we may offer virtual options for certain sessions.

  • Just bring yourself, your dreams, and an open mind! Any necessary materials, such as workbooks or worksheets, will be provided.

  • At Crossroads, we don’t just focus on individual progress—we focus on the power of community. Our approach combines dream-sharing, collaborative brainstorming, and ongoing accountability. It’s not just about setting goals; it’s about supporting each other in achieving them.

  • Signing up is easy! Just head to our sign-up page, fill out the form with your details, and choose the program length that works best for you (3 or 6 months). We’ll follow up with all the information you need to get started.

  • Crossroads is open to anyone who has a dream they want to pursue, whether big or small. Our community includes people from all walks of life—those starting new careers, working on personal goals, or simply looking to explore new possibilities. The common thread is a desire to grow and achieve with the support of others.

  • Absolutely! Once your initial program is complete, you’ll have the option to continue with Crossroads to keep working on new goals or dive deeper into existing ones. We’ll discuss continuation options at the end of the program to help you decide what’s best for your journey.

  • All participants will have access to the Crossroads Community Forum on the website. The forum is a dedicated space for ongoing support between meetings, where members can ask questions, share progress, and brainstorm ideas together. You can also participate in extracurricular activities like monthly dinners and weekend events. These activities, which include creative workshops, volunteer days, or outdoor adventures, are optional and at an additional cost. Participants are responsible for covering their own expenses for these activities.
